Other Great Sleep Tips:
- Room needs to be as dark as possible!
- Try Melatonin ... this Natural Hormone promotes Sleep and is a POWERFUL anti-oxidant! (no more than 5mg)
- Sit in a chair with your eyes closed .. and try to slow down your thoughts for at least 3 minutes right before going to bed.
- A short 5 minute walk before bed can make a BIG Difference.
- Try GABA (you can get it at amazon cheap) just a 1/4 to 1/2 teaspoon can do GREAT things for sleep ... take 22-30 minutes before bed
