Gold is above $1300. All eye on 20 ton gold pile in Venezuela. The Russian, the Chinese and the people of Venezuela.

Some article suggested that RBA should lower the interest rate for this coming decision. They have pointed out all good the reasons to drop rate; low inflation, house price is about to collapse... etc.

Nevertheless, I believed RBA should stay on hold, 1.5% is not enough bullets to get Australia out of a recession.

Some people might argue that dropping interest rate might help Australia to avoid recession. Personally, I highly doubt it, not this time. Unless the government introducing QE (or similar term).

Look on a positive side, a recession is good for the economy. A healthy economy should reset here and there, every seven years for example.

But that is also depending on those policymakers, whether they are willing to reset the economy or not. For the meantime all we can do stay on the sideline and watch.
