I think the two comment rule is a pretty solid addition. You will get no complaints from me on that. I have a feeling it is going to cut down on the number of submissions for a little bit and then things will probably start to pick back up again. Nothing wrong with that. I also think the idea about helping others with low SP is a great job. I just wish I was still under that threshold so I could take advantage :)
