That sounds really good! We don't have a specific kind of bread where I am but there is a local shop that uses locally sourced ingredients for their breads. I like their honey wheat loaf.

As Japan is not a wheat producing nation, most of wheat is imported from the US, Canada and Australia. Tasty but expensive ....... ;) Ja Japan is a rice nation.
