I have heard about the spirit bears for years. The indigenous people there have always known of them.

You see, Science doesn't listen to or care at all about the native knowledge. They will still tell you that Native Americans came across the Siberian Ice Bridge 11,000 years ago. In spite of having carefully dated sites to over 20,000 years ago when the ice bridge didn't exist.
