What are they?
1. Create attention and use that commodity to your advantage:- You need to create the right ind of attention on the Steem Blockchain because this according to me, is the "ivy league of social media world." The attention economy is what we are presently experiencing and being able to create quality attention means, you have a valuable commodity.
2. Synergy is key as well, so be ready to sync your mind with the mine that is Steemit:- On Steemit, everyone is connected to everyone and whatever anyone does, has a way of getting to the next person and the next persons and the next person. Synergy is life and will continue to be the bloodline of the whole social media ecosystem. When a group of individuals are committed to a similar goal, they will form alliances that will help their goals irrespective of the differences.
3. Quality always beats quantity and you must be sure to create quality contents and stuffs:- This here is the last one and it is very important. In my last post, I talked about quality over quantity. The amount of the words you speak cannot be as valuable as the depth it holds. You must place value over quality rather than quantity. The Steem Blockchain is in need of continuous inflow of quality contents so, be the reason why it is one of the best Blockchains in the world.
There is a saying that goes.. come for the rewards, stay for the community. Many of us appeared here because we wanted to earn online but, we have become so addicted to the community and have been working round the clock to ensure we contribute meaningfully to its growth.
The incentives is what brought lots of users on Steemit and still bringing many. During the months of November and December, we had more people join Steemit and that was largely due to the rise in SBD. Today, there are less people posting than there was 5 months ago.
After years of slaving away for Blogspot, Youtube and Facebook, the offer of a 'too good to be true' earning platform is almost impossible to pass up.
I once told someone that, the minute they get on Steemit, they should count themselves lucky because it has the capacity to change their lives.
"The incentives are promised on Steemit and all you need do to collect same is, love your time here and make it count".
The internet is a magical world that allows those considered nonentities to create entities that are reshaping the way the world exists and collaborates.

What's the word for people who create quality content, but barely get the attention they deserve.
That may be the case for many but I believe that, the rewards will surely come in. The Blockchain is changing for the better and soon enough quality contents will get their due rewards.

@ejemai.... I strongly corroborate with your points on the above topic. These are the major source of income and success approach to apply on steemit. I will just love to chip in some points which I also found to be valuable.
About Creating Awareness,this is one of a great way to achieve success on Steemit. The writer or blogger should learn to make attractive post that catches the attention of the readers. This will make such a blogger have more followers has his followers will be eager to read his post and learn more from him.
Synergy: You've nailed the above point and I strongly agree with you. Social interaction and communication has been one of the means of success for some Steemians. With the help of Synergy, Steemit users are able to communicate and support each other by commenting and upvoting. This has led to one of the existence of Discod channel has people are able to chat after proper synergistic approach on Steemit. I am sure @ejemai met and knew lot of people via synergy and also people try to know you more by this approach which can hinder one success on this lovely platform.
A great advantage of synergy is that you can also earn reward by commenting on people's post positively and this brings room for social interaction between the poster and the commenter.
Lastly, Quality and Quantity post shouldn't be a new word or strange word to most Steemians. Everyone is aware about this point but @ejemai has made a unique statement which is "quality matters alot". I strongly agree with this. No one would love to read long text which isn't beneficial or productive. Good Quality Post is very essential. I now understand why some people get low curations with quantity post without qualities post. Everyone loves to learn new things. Quality post should be written in a unique style such that you can make your post explicit and making it attractive to the readers.
I would love to ask a question bothering me for sometime. Sometimes when I type long text and quality post with my faulty phone on Steemit, I do have low rewards and it's just like no one is viewing my post. This factor has made a lot of Newbies quit Steemit making them hopeless on this lovely platform while some don't even engage in writing long text anymore because some knew they won't get rewarded as they wish to. @Shello once told me to keep writing that some people are watching and I should just be consistence. My question is how can one get rewarded for writing both quality and quantity post on Steemit?
