I had one, always saying extremely nice things about my posts, only superlatives but never giving me an upvote, never! So I went to check him out to see what is he voting, who is he voting. Turned out he was voting only himself. He was posting four times a day and each of his posts had like $0.45.
Fortunately he unfollowed me and never commented on my posts.
I think that is a terrible thing to do, and there are people who do it.

I've had some similar experiences. It's crazy what you get to know about a person through their patterns on Steemit.
