Without this equipment, she would die. The landlord, the noises of the equipment, the care aids and her visit are too noisy and has now terminated the lease without notice.

Die Vorgehensweise der Vermieterin ist nach mehr als 13 Jahren Duldung nicht annehmbar. Ich kenne beide Geräte. Das VS3 Beatmungsgerät ist der Nachfolger der VS-Ultra und wurde von der Fa. Saime entwickelt und später von Resmed übernommen. Ich habe an beiden Geräten schon Kontrollen durchgeführt und kenne die Laufgeräusche. Sicherlich hört man sie im Raum und vielleicht auch wenn die Fenster geöffnet sind. Aber so störend, dass man mit dem Hammer in ein Glashaus werfen muss, sind sie nicht.
