Sampling Some Great Tasting Lamb Chops Kebab Style / 烤肉店吃羊排

Have you been to a London kebab shop? There are loads of them around where I live however the Turkish Kebab shops are the most famous! In general, kebabs are regarded as greasy fast food but from time to time, I do really enjoy it. For example, late-night after clubbing, lol.

Among all the variety of kebab, Lamb Chop is my absolute favourite! It has a very tender texture and the flavour is simply incredible.

Lamp Chop is also relatively easy to cook at home. Just season the meat with salt and pepper, perhaps sprinkle a bit of thyme or rosemary on top(up to personal taste), then put them on your pre-heated grill for approximately 2-3 minutes, on each side. Simple cooking I know, but the results are unbelievably delicious, hehe!
