All valid points and I believe that the recent changes are a response to feedback about feeds being awash with actifit posts. I long ago started using the shell of the actifit post to frame whatever contentt I wanted to post. It is slightly tedious that I have to type a thirty word place holder (along the lines of ... "pictures coming soon") from my phone and then move to the computer to edit the post and copy and paste the content I made earlier. Of course, when I'm travelling, that has to wait until I get home.
@slobberchops has suggested that it would good if phone and computer were synchronised so that posts could be edited before posting. There have also been conversations (maybe even on this blog?) about being able to post weekly summaries. My particular gripe is that actifit is forced to be the main tag, regardless of what else is in your post. I'd like the choice to sometimes use actifit and sometimes use other more relevant tags. But @mcfarhat is very good at listening and responding, so I'm sure all these things will come with time.
I'm a bit disappointed that the leaderboard only shows the top three - here I am in the top ten (number three and then number five yesterday) and no glory. I won't be there for long, and it would be good to get some recognition while I am.
