So sorry. I too was robbed some weeks back. I did full backup but had no idea i was supposed to save the file offline. 2.7billion byte balls in my smart contract wallet was gone.. I feel your pain and i can rate cause i gave others steem to use my byte balls link.
Sorry to hear this! Did you save your seed words? If so, @papabyte has said something here about an idea that can restore the wallet even without a backup. Keep in touch with @papabyte.
