In case you don’t have twenty minutes to write down your thoughts on basically any topic, you don’t deserve any upvote. Asking for one under an article written in a language that you don’t actually speak is undoubtedly flaggable spam.
However, I’m giving you the same opportunity I give Bangladeshi, Pakistani and other beggars who wander around. Write a good article and you’ll get my full upvote. It’s nothing special but it would be sincere. At least.

I actually think the reward doubles from 51 up. I see u r comp science guy - the C-like condition is >50 not >=50.
It says "Reputation 50 or above: $40.00 reward" so I got it, 50 and above means >=50
If that's the case, good for you :D....I've thought it's just above, haven't read any official statement tho. Just some post here on Steemit.
