I usually vote my power down to a min level of ~ 80% whenever I have a decent amount of time to engage properly, and then let it build back up, only upvoting occasionally - like now - until it gets back close to 100%
Then repeat
Am focusing on building SP through investing - just yesterday doubled up to ~4.5k and planning to add more

Yeah, I feel 80% is a good mark also to keep above, a few times I went down under 70% and I was like I better take a break :)
