SPIRITUAL FOOD FOR THOUGHT - BLOOD FREE
What does that even mean?
Paul seems to make mention of an interesting concept, which, if we reflect on it for a moment, may carry some life changing meaning into our daily walks. This one is also about evangelism, so if you struggle with sharing your faith or just want some encouragement or spiritual food for thought, check it out.
Ever since I was born again I have been concerned about the eternal destiny of people I don’t even know. Street preaching, jails, ministry to prostitutes and those bound by addictions. Today I am living my dream! Not a big house, or large bank account. But a time where we have fruitful ministry every day. Souls coming into the kingdom.
In line with you video I believe we are responsible for the souls of our generation.
The best thing in life is to be part of someone receiving eternal life. Imagine someone going into eternal damnation because we did not share our faith.
I always loved Keith Green. He sang a song, “ Jesus commands us to GO, it should be the exception if we stay, no wonder we’re moving so slow, for God’s children refuse to obey, feeling so calm to stay”.
The greatest joy besides having our own sins forgiven, is to lead someone else to Christ!
Great video!
Keith Green.
"The world is sleeping in the dark,
That the church just can't fight,
'cause it's asleep in the light!
How can you be so dead?!
When you've been so well famed
Jesus rose from the grave,
And you!
You can't even get out of bed!"
Ouch. Certainly true far too often.
Keith Green had a way of giving a “one two” punch in a song!
Food for thought today!!.
I'm not really into evangelism due to the challenges in it over here, it's not usually easy to preach to anyone out there.
It can be difficult anywhere, but some countries certainly make it a lot harder and more risky.
Exactly sir!!, exactly
Where is the command found to evangelicize? There is none. Let your works be before other men, so that they will ask the nature of your works. And you will share it with them and be likened to fishers of men.
I always thought that this was a command to preach the gospel:
"And he said unto them, Go ye into all the world, and preach the gospel to every creature." - Mark 16:15
Here we are! Now, papa-pepper what is this? Its instructions to form a great commission as your getting to in Acts! At the time, contextually jewish material was prohibited to be circulated among non-jews. But, salvation (the good news) is for everyone!
50 days from monday is the same time frame (in season) as baptism by fire. I believe Acts 21? Which concludes the counting of the omer.
Thanks for putting this up there. I hope you dont mind me sharing what research I've found
✌
No problem. I love a good spiritual think and discussion.
Yeah same here, growth
Hi @ihashblox,
It don't think it is explicitly stated (kinda of like the Trinity) but this passage seems to lay it out.
I am not one for the thing known as lifestyle evangelism as the gospel itself is comprised of a set of propositions that must be articulated. If God had ordained the person to believe, they will believe.

Yes I'm familiar. Teach them all things ive commanded of you. Again where is the command to evangelicize.
You see, Christ taught that people need to find themselves. Perfect themself and others will take note.
Ok, good. Yeah, it's not explicit in that passtage I don't reckon.

That passage you referenced, what does it mean?
Could it be that individuals should observe (all the commands made by God)?
Interesting insight. Perhaps it could.
Papa-pepper mad respect for what youre family is doing here. Have you read gospel of Thomas and Enoch?
Sorry. My comment was accidentally published before I was finished.
Jesus may have taught something about self-discovery but the main reason He was sent to this Earth was to die a bloody death to atone for the sins of His elect. The bottom line is that people cannot believe in a gospel they do not know.
The message is His blood, His death atoned for certain kind of certain people and whoever believes affirms they are of those people. Gospel believers believe a particular set of supernatural propositions.
The question is which are the truth. For that I defer to Holy Writ.
Is it?
I see it differently so, let me explain.
Jesus came here, to teach a lost generation what was given at Sinai. Specifically, so many generations from the generation in the desert.
Jesus, outside of KJV sheds more light on mystical teachings. Like, seeing reflection of Creator in everything.
Makes reference to an arch that fastens the waters to the horizons. The firmament. He also said something that stuns me.

I was also reminded of the below verses....
