Some people are unreal. I'd say this guy behaves like that anywhere he goes and is just a miserable human being who gets a kick out of torturing people. I'm not sure if I could have kept my calm as you did though, so well done. People like that aren't worth your time.
And yeah, if you worked in hospitality, I'm sure you've seen plenty of knuckleheads. I know I have.
