DTUBE CHITCHAT:HOW TO STAY MOTIVATED ON STEEMIT WHEN YOU DON'T GET REWARDED
Hello Dtube and Steemit this post is for everyone who feels unmotivated as a result of not getting rewards for your content on Steemit and associated apps. Trust me i know how it hurts when you keep providing value and it seems no one notices.
I read a post by a guy forgotten his username now who has been on the platform for over a year and his posts averages 0.001 SBD as rewards, he complained bitterly about not getting support from other users on the platform who seemed to be doing well however not supporting others with their votes. As much as I am not one for having a sense of entitlement, I understand that it hurts when you put in your "best" and have nothing to show for it. It can be frustrating!
On a whatsapp group i belong too, some newbies also complained bitterly about not getting support from older members who were receiving upvotes. You probably have seen posts on certain people abusing the reward pool meant for everyone, the list goes on and on.
You probably might think this post is another rant by an angry steemit users but its not. I have come to realize that in every endeavor we can choose how we respond to issues, we can either get bitter or get better! The choice is entirely ours.
In this video I talk about how to stay motivated! I was actually talking to myself you all so don't think I am trying to act all preachy because i am getting super rewards lol.For instance with regards to creating video's on Dtube I have made up my mind to keep improving and adding value to those who love my content! I am not going to try too hard to get dtube to upvote me though that would be awesome! I create video's because I love to, been doing this for close to 7 years and Dtube is only a platform to expand my reach! Rewards don't have to be monetary alone, the lessons we learn and the people we become in the process is also important!

Here's my advice:
All the beginners that are complaining that they're not getting upvotes, form a community of beginners, along a common interest.
Support each other. Upvote each other. Think about it if you get 50 x $0.01 upvotes that is $0.50 !!
Meetup in real life! Find a cafe, library, park or anything, and have a real life activity together. Print out some Steemit / DTube logos and make it an event. You will attract the big upvoters like DTube and Donkeypong that like to support community events.

@adetorrent thanks bro, I am actually part of the community but couldn't keep up with creating daily vlogs cause pregnacy hormones does what it wants to do lol. I am in the discord group and I try to support others by commenting and upvoting their posts. Maybe I am missing something though how else can I add Value to the community
Oh I didn't realise you were already there :)
In that case you should post a link to your videos in the #promote channel so members can watch and support you. By the way you don't have to do daily videos anymore. The community is now based on supporting each other day in day out.
