Hi Kennyroy. Your Graphics card may be running in an ECO mode where they don't need the fans running to keep cool. Check your graphics card drivers for info. If you can see a power cable running from the fans to the board make sure they are properly connected. You could also give them a little spin with your finger to see if they are stuck. If these things fail you may have to give them power from your motherboard. Hope this helps in some way,
