Time For Your Weekly Dose Of Heart Felt Thankfulness
I'm running a bit behind this week.
Welcome to the Thank You Economy, a fun and engaging project where we try to promote a sense of thankfulness. I really enjoy hosting the contest as I meet new people and awesome communities every week.
In last weeks contest we gave away 5 shares of SBI and we had over 23 comments, a total of 7 Participants! and 11 Engagement Bonus Entries.
I just want to Thank Everyone again who has been participating, and resteeming the posts.
What is The Thank You Economy contest all about?(simplified version)
An Attitude of Gratitude - The Thank You Economy is simply a way to say thank you to someone who has helped you, influenced you or blessed you in some way in the Steem community. It can be tough getting started on Steemit, and the people who have been here for a while realize that. I could see community members helping out everywhere but what can new people do to show appreciation back? Not much....
That's where the idea for the Thank You Economy contest arose, I wanted to do more to say thank you.
Maybe I can do more. I thought there might be others who wanted to do the same, not to mention it's fun.
Just saying thank you to someone opens up all kinds of opportunities to interact with each other. YOU CAN THANK ANYONE YOU WOULD LIKE....

The Base Contest - We'll keep this simple.
- Leave a comment on this post.
- In the comment tag someone who has helped you or influenced you on Steemit use the @coinsandchains format.
- Then briefly tell us why you chose them.
That's all you have to do. (upvotes, restreems and follows are appreciated though)
One thing, please do not tag bots or alt accounts.
The Prizes and Winner Selection: This Changes almost every week

I'm going to pull winners on Thursday next week(day 6)so I can get this back on schedule...
- 1 commenters will be randomly selected by the amazing prize wheel I found. The account making the comment and the account tagged in the comment will receive one SBI share each (2 total shares).
- Most awesome or heartfelt entry - 1 commenter and their nominee will receive one SBI share each (2 total shares), this will be selected either by a guest judge or myself.
- I will also give an upvote to each valid entry, but that does not amount to much. Upvote your own comment if you would like, or if you have a @dustsweeper account it might help.

They do have some great content, Like many of us, the cheeze wiz doesn't look like they are as active. Curie is definitely very cool, especially when they send you one of their love notes.

Awesome choice, @honoru is a solid CN and steemit community member, always helping out. Plus they always bring the nice rock paper scisor game with them...
@o07 for the work he is doing with @contest kings and allowing me to be a part of it. Even though I have been late and messed up the file once or twice he works with me and supports my account. At the same time, he is giving away so much SBI each week that as it continues we will have a lot of new people with good stakes in SBI.

I was already in @socalsteemit which is for people in, from, or related to Southern California. They are awesome and active and supportive, and I am so glad to be a part of them.
And for my thank you, @majes.tytyty is the person I want to thank. He has given me such a boost this week and help in so many ways continually. But for this comment I would like to mention that he just introduced me to the second new community I just listed above.
@majes.tytyty is part of @steemitcentral and told me about the 60 day Lyrics Challenge they have going on. Today is Day 6. This is a wonderful initiative to share our music with posts here, and when I looked at the posts, the people and the discord channel, I can tell this is a warm and welcoming place I will also be glad I am in.

Wow.... @majes.tytyty has a ton of awesome content, much of which is educational(and actually useful). the lyrics contest is a super initiative and sounds fun. I will check out the two communities and see what I can do about adding them... The communities and majesty were both new to me, which I love exploring new stuff...

@majes.tytyty was one of the first people I met here and I recommend his English help to people many time a month. He helps many who struggle with the language and we sure need this help here. A lot of people are not native speakers and have great work. They need the help to improve. He upvotes their comments to his daily ESL work, which is such a boost for many.
When we fist met he told me he had thousands of these English prompt posts he did for other projects, so he has been helping others for a long time :)
Through @majes.tytyty's recommendation, I'm doing the lyrics challenge on one of my 3 blogs each day now. I love it and now have songs and memories in my head. They are upvoting and resteeming at @steemitcentral - also a great boost.
And @socalsteemit will impress you - I am sure of it! I'm just preparing my post now for the weekly #mycalifornia contest and see awesome posts there each week among other initiatives.
Thank you so much for what you do here. I have you on my list now and will try to get here each week. I sure have no shortage of people to thank myself.

That is an awesome choice. @steemitbloggers is an awesome group of some of the most creative and successful bloggers, and they all produce amazing content. @jaynie and @zord189 do an awesome job of keeping things organize and the quality of the content at the highest levels. I guess that puts you in the top of the blog-o-sphere and in the engagement bonus round.
