🍪Cinnamon rolls🍪! DELICIOUS!

Hello steemians I hope you are very well, today I bring you a delicious dessert, ideal for snacks for young and old. I'm sure most of you know them thanks to the Cinnabon franchise; They prepare this delicious dessert with different topping. On this occasion we will learn to do the cinnamon roles and in another opportunity we will prepare the topping.

Ingredients for the dough:

1 egg
90g of Sugar
60g of Margarine
200ml of Tibia Milk
500g of Wheat Flour All Use
20g of Fresh Yeast
1 Tablespoon vanilla essence
1/4 teaspoon of salt
A little milk for varnishing

For the filling:

1 Cup of Brown Sugar (I have not seen brown sugar in my country for years, you can change it for brown sugar)
1/4 Cup of White Sugar
3 Tablespoons Cinnamon Powder
2 Tablespoons of Melted Margarine (to brush the dough)

  • The first thing we have to do is place the warm milk in a container, add a spoonful of sugar and the yeast, mix well, cover the container and wait for the yeast to ferment.

  • The next step is to mix the rest of the ingredients with a palette in a bowl: flour, egg, sugar, vanilla, salt, margarine and the milk with the yeast already fermented.

  • We go to the work table and knead for 20 minutes, the dough is a bit sticky but it is normal, as we knead it will not be, after working the dough 20 minutes we put it in a container and cover it to leave it rest for one hour.


  • We will notice that the mass increases in size after one hour

After having an hour the mass at rest we go back to the work table, knead for 5 more minutes and with the help of a roller we give a rectangular shape, we mix in a cup what will be the filling of the roles (Brown sugar or panela, white sugar and cinnamon), when mixed, we completely cover our dough and proceed to wrap the dough to shape our roles.

  • At the end of rolling, we proceed to cut more or less 3 cm thick each role.

  • We prepare a tray, we spread butter and sprinkle wheat flour, this is so that the roles do not stick on the tray.

  • When placing them in the tray we let them rest for 30 minutes, then with a little milk and a brush we varnish our roles.

  • We put them in the oven and preheated to 200 ° C for 20 minutes, when we remove them we let them cool a bit and enjoy.

Efectivamente también me gusta con café con leche o con leche pura, y si también me gusta mucho las cosas con canela incluyendo el café con leche
