Great concept @lizelle. I've learnt to enjoy aubergine (or egg plant as we call it here). I like your pictures too. What app do you use for them?
Thank you @foodforsoul, I really enjoy Aubergine (we mostly call it Brinjal here). I use Google photos for filtering, cropping & the animation.
How strange it is quite similar to what it is called in Mauritius too: brinjel!
