They are on a path to people losing all faith in anything provided by the system. Knowing what I now know I would be reticent to even take my child to the hospital unless I had no other choice.
Yeah, when you can trust institutions, then you can't use them without fear. Going into something with fear of the power they can use against you doesn't make it appealing to use at all :/
