In this article we will discuss the Apollon masternode coin, a unique coin project, whose use case is that they have created a masternode service for people seeking the passive investment advantages of cryptocurrency masternode coins who don’t have the expertise to run setup and run the masternode themselves.

The Apollon team has created a masternode service which is different from over 95% of the other masternode service providers in existence. The first two differences are it’s a “trust-less” masternode service and your coins are in a “cold wallet.” Now first, when I say this coin is the “trust-less”variety, I mean no one gets your private keys to your coins and you don’t send your coins to anyone, so they are always in your possession. This is the opposite of a “trusted” masternode service, where you actually send your coins to the masternode service provider and trust them with your coins. Second, when you use this masternode platform your coins are held in a “Cold wallet,” which means the wallet is on your home computer, as are your coins, versus a “Hot wallet” which is online at a website, and thus potentially more vulnerable to theft. Please note that Apollon’s competitors for the most part are “trusted” masternode services with “hot wallets.”

The third and most important difference between Apollon’s platform and it’s competitors is that they have created a graphic user interface called “Nodebuilder”, which makes setting a masternode as easy as buying a book from Amazon. This is the use case for Apollon which may make it the Dash coin of the future. Apollon has its own Blockchain which is a modified Pivx Blockchain code, and a unique webpage-based graphic interface platform that will simplify the whole set-up, running and monitoring of any masternode that is hosted on the service. Nodebuilder will run on any home computer and using this software you can launch a new masternode within minutes. You can learn more from the coin website and a video tutorial is below.

There are currently 34 masternode coins on the platform.

Nice post shortsegments, I really like Apollon. I've been following them for a while now and use their nodebuilder for a chunk of my nodes, great product, a step up from other hosting sites... much easier and I think they've got a real chance at being the platform that breaks into the mainstream... Chad is awesome too!!

I agree, from what I see in this article this coin has a good chance at a good multiple.

Hi
What are you investing in now in terms of masternodes?
Do you follow Gin coin?
@shortsegments

Thanks, I am hoping that it turns out to be a very good investment.
