The outpost need help. last night a creatures have been stealing all the eggs form chickens. one of the guards think he has seen a man with rabbits ears. hiding a egg in the forest. the guards fund it but to there surprise is was a gold lump next to it.

Blacksmith: to put a gem in to a +1 weapon or armor make a ring.amulet it cost 5 silver.
to get better upgrades you need help from a colonist

  • buying 1 health potion for 4 food of any type
  • buying wood,stone,1-1 ratio
  • buying 1 wood or stone for 1 any food types and silver.
  • selling 1 wheat for 2 meat,fish,wood or stone
  • selling 1 meat for 2 wheat,fish,wood or stone
  • selling 1 fish for 2 wheat,meat,wood or stone

  • goblnd stew (+3 production to wood,stone,all food,silver,iron,herbs +1 hide workers)
  • Cloudberry pie (feed it to one worker he/she will have a +5 production one week) works on all collection
  • moose sausage (+2 damage in combat) works great combined with ale)
  • barbarian ale (+2 dam +2 hit in combat)
  • Cinnamon rolls 2 (+2 to hit +2 production one week)

NB: the worker food can stack meaning you can eat the stew and a Cloudberry pie and have a ale in the same week but if the food has + to hit it do not stack

small adjustment in equipment

  • Wizard lower spell damage and making the main wepond a two hand.
  • Removing the ability to use range specific weponds whering improved iron armor
  • Removing the +2 hit chance where ranger armor dual shoot -2 hit (armor set bonus)
  • Adding rouge loot bonus 2 D6 silver after the quest (armor set bonus)
  • barbarian +2 Charge attack range + dual strike (armor set bonus)
  • some classes sen now have a spesial weapon in the spesial item slot

is a merchant this week he is trying to put a gem on Paige bow. hi is surprise how easy it was. no stress just working in the Blacksmith. the silver mine and fields are filled whit workers the weeks going fast they have shom goblin stew to get it going. the wizard tower is still locket. Paige is coming back she has fond some gold down at a creak. a ship buying arms has come at the black harbor they are interested in buying low level wepons

(nerf on the wizard they +2 spell dam on inproved wizard staff has been removed but added 2 melee dam. the staff is now a two hand weapon. so you cant use a sheld anymore. but a have added a wizard wand in its a one hand but it has lower hit chance.)

and is steeping off the ship from the main land. she is collecting here items and start the journey to find a place to call home. the terrain start getting hilly she is out of the forest just a few trees here and there. she notes smoke in the distance she decides and investigates. in a small open spot around a lot of rooks is a fire place it has a good fire going a worker is siting next to it. the worker is friendly. she goes to talk to the worker. to worker is hungry she offers him food the worker is in here debt and he want to work for you. she ses the potential in the location and is settles down there.

so last week one of us set the fire and the other gathered wood? I got confused by the fact that wood went up only 10 (less 1 for fire) with both of us gathering. I thought it would be 10 each or 20 total?

I'd like to Discover the immediate area. Do I need to equip weapons/armor first?

Edit: also I realized I could buy another worker with my 5 silver. So I'd like to do that and have him start gather wood.

I believe pre lumberyard workers each collect 1-5 wood, rolled on a die, plus modifiers.

Ah okay then I definitely need to get more workers. Where does silver come from?

Silver comes from the silver mine, and can be found on quests and in loot. I think some occupied regions provide silver for their Protector.

But get the silver mine going :)

(out of character: if you want to roleplay some sort of resource loan, let's do it, but we have to justify it in character - I'm a big trade baron who's losing control of his wizard)

I'll think about resource trades/loan once I get more comfortable with the game mechanics. When you don't know what you're doing, the right pace is usually... slow but steady. 🐢

correct as ecoinstant is saying or its 1-6 so before you get the lumberyard tactical you can get 1 wood per worker. yes you need to equip your items on a quest. but am helping it its clear wrong etc. good on hire a second worker.
