RE: Evicted - 7 Days to go! - How to deal with an untimely visit from the debt collectors.
So then buddy, it has been over a week now, have you moved? has everything gone smoothly?
This morning I received a debt letter from rossingdales telling me that I had been ignoring letters from our old council for our rent of £200.
I got on the blower and the first thing they say to you after you have told them who you are is ask what methord are you going to pay. ( I am doing a post about this tonight so you can read all about it there)
I have then called the council and after a lot of phoning around it looks like I will not be paying the £200 as it is not my fault.
The reason why I am telling you this is because I even got the debt collector so mad with what I said to him that he told me to "f*ck off" and then hung up on me.
I wish that I had recorded the phone call as that would have been a great addition to the post.
