Great content, seriously needed for most of us... Thanks a lot for sharing this information.

One thing I would need to add up to this wonderful article is the need to find organic sources of apples, asparagus, walnuts, tumeric and pineapple. Apples, especially, seemed to have been plagued with insecticides and all kinds of chemicals greatly detrimental to our health.
