RE: No Stress allowed: Die Mechanik guter Planung

in #deutsch5 years ago

What a wonderful blog: A Monday morning gift for me. I may not approach time the way you do, but it is a good idea to at least formulate an approach. It would not suit me, though, to be so structured...a necessary element in my life is "flow" time, when there is no prescription. I contrast this with my husband, who knows exactly what he's going to do and when. While I prefer my style, there certainly is more a sense of order and action in his day.

My favorite item on your list of recommendations is #3: do the hard thing first. I find that if I put off the hard thing, it haunts me until it's done. It lurks in the background and consumes energy. So, even when I'm not dealing with it, the hard chore exists. Better to face it and get it out of the way.

Most of all, I love the way you end the blog because, without decency what's the point of anything we do?

Have the most productive, peaceful week,
Regards, AG

Dear @agmoore,

thanks for your comment again.

I'm happy that you like the post!

You are definitely right! I also need this, especially when I try to create something like a bigger article. In some situation, such as too many to-do's or too much chaos around, however, I prefer this kind of order.

The most important thing is, to be honest to yourself and readjust your planing because it's coming back like a boomerang.

I also wish you a wonderful week

Have fun

The message of your post was with me when I woke this morning. I have no formal work schedule--that is behind me--so in a way if I don't impose some order on my day, time will just leak out. At least for now, I have a firmer commitment to being aware of how my time is used. Thanks for that!

And fun is always on top of my list.

Looking forward to your next blog--mine (referred to previously with reference to Huntington's) is finally taking shape. Keeping my fingers crossed :)

Peace, and Health

I'm curious!

These plans are just good to prevent too much procrastination!

Actually, it is sometimes not possible to fulfill the entire schedule.

But you are getting better and better.
