First off, anything with sauerkraut is fabulous. My Italian mamma used to make a meat patty that looked alot like the photo in your replies. Except her patties had chopped up potatoes with ground beef and parsely and oregano. They were so good when she crisped up the outer crust. 👍👍
Italien food is fantastic. We are nearly every year in bella Italia :-)
We still have family near Florence in a little town called Empoli. I love it there. 💕
