two things..
Donald Trump made billions in real estate.
As a hobby he produced and acted in a TV series...
a VERY successful one...for years and years.
think of it as 'scoping out the enemy'.
he knows exactly what he's doing.
As a real estate developer he once destroyed a piece of artwork renovating a building and got a load bad press and then he sold out the building as soon as it was completed. That's when he learned the value of bad publicity.

LOL, I actually read his book. Most of it. If you want to understand Donald Trump, read his book.
