There was once a spidery contents here but a spider has now put them inside coccoons.... Like Shelob did with Frodo Baggins~ Or maybe like those fleshy things in Aliens before the chestburster bursts out of them~ Yep, like one of those things :D

Doctor Ket is one cute doctor. I probably won't dislike him because he doesn't look scary like other doctors that I've met lol.
My favourite part of this drawing of yours is the background, spider. Background is still very hard for me to make nicely and you just put a nice setting all around him like it's nothing.
I wonder what happens next, I will definitely stay tuned! :D
He only heals spiritual ailments, @scrawly ! I think regular doctors would still be a bit intimidating-er....

Love it! I specially love his fluffy ears and how he looks so serious!
Also, the way in which you described him makes it look like besides from being a Doctor he's also a detective of some sorts! Or sort of like a medium who can deal with super natural beings! That's just a really innovative concept and I like it a lot because you could give his stories a sort of light touch at first and then letting the readers fall into a spiral of intrigue as the story goes deeper and deeper into the lore of the Dr. and the cat city!

Those types of characters do my head in, I can't make them work. It's entirely the fault of my brain and art style though ;D On your spidey, perhaps you could draw you with little hairs stubbornly sticking out each side like spider legs in lieu of ears?
What a mystery and conundrum! Though I hope Dr Ket was mindful of that feeling of being watched, as that's always something that either caused the problem or can help solve it in some way D: Looking forward to the next bit :D
