Meat is actually better for you (even though it was classified as class 1 carcinogen in 2017) than dairy which is hell in a handbasket. And when we talk about animal suffering all of it is shit . I was vegetarian since the age of 12 and have been vegan 10years 11 on april 13th - if you are feeling tired you needs denser calories , this means you need to supplement more legumes (the english version meaning beans , and chickpeas ect ) - tofu is great also have some nuts and seeds and fruit with you to keep you going through the day .
