MYTHS

There are almost an infinite amount of myths out there in the world when it comes to nutrition and fitness and a lot of them are really harmful to your actual progress as they can lead you in the wrong direction. In this video, fellow steemians @ChelseaLifts and @EriktheElectric sit and talk with me about the most common myths and misconceptions that people face when looking into dieting.

It's only two more days until January 1st and it's time to get READY! Hopefully this series has mentally gotten you ready for the physical and mental challenges you'll be facing in the next few months!

Thanks for supporting and let me know if there's any content you'd like to see specifically!

I really need to binge watch all of your episodes. Been real busy with moving.

Oooh busy moving somewhere awesome?

I started working for a startup called Shipt about 4 weeks ago in Birmingham

So funny, was watching the video and had that nagging feeling of "fuuckk I know that guy from somewhere?", then I realised I did recognise you from YouTube I think from a couple of years back. Anyways, solid content, love the format of just you three having a dialogue, +1 for that.

Never forget that important anabolic window approximately 1 min and 54 seconds after your final lift for optimal gains, preferably ultra-hydro-isolate-whey.

Jokes aside, keep up the good work, the fitness-industry is contaminated with so much bullshit so keep the light of good information alive.

Otherwise, if you're into fitness, travelling, self-development etc feel free to check out my channel, in any case keep up the good work and I'll see you around!

Fine. I like this article

I want to do fitness but it is difficult :)

Nice shirt! :-)
