Lea!! First of all I hope you had an amazing start into 2019, all the very best for you :-)
And then thanks a lot for the encouragement, I'll probably talk about the business itself in my next videos. However, I'll start out with some general learnings and takeaways that basically apply for all sort of businesses first.
