I'm still trying to discover what to do that will keep me occupied and engaged with things that interest me and provide substance. In the meantime here's what's been going on with me.
Good plan! For your weight and your overall health.
Alcohol is a drug and a lot of people forget about that or simply just fade away that fact. Developing a tolerance is the first step into something really bad and I think it is a good thing that you reflect about this even if you are more thinking and talking about your weight :P It is a good decision, no matter what motivation is behind it.
Much success on that goal :)

Hey @cowboysblog, like with all things in live, drinking beer has two sides.
Gain weight might be an issue, but this depends on amount of beer and your lifestyle. Means how much do you walk, do sport or workout.
I prefer to have one or two tasty beer instead of a "drunken weekend and a dead sunday"
