Hey @cowboysblog, like with all things in live, drinking beer has two sides.
Gain weight might be an issue, but this depends on amount of beer and your lifestyle. Means how much do you walk, do sport or workout.
I prefer to have one or two tasty beer instead of a "drunken weekend and a dead sunday"
