Today let's talk about failing as part of the growth process.
I believe only a very few changes can be made instantly. When we are dealing with mental habits, changing them ia a matter of training the mind, and for this failing needs to be seen as part of the process.

I absolutely agree with you my friend. To have the inner peace is really important for joy and happiness and nobody should be in the power to change the balance inside. At the end we need to deal with our mood.
Repeat it as often you need and can brother. I am also training every day and catch myself from time to time that I am sad/angry because of others opinion / actions. It is really hard to let this go but I think we will succeed mate ;) I like that you take the medium video to therapy yourself. I am doing that as well even if I dont share the message obviously but between the lines :)

I guess you have to be able to listen and then take what you need and not let the unnecessary hurt you
Easier said than done.... but like you say, go to make that conscious effort :)
Yeah, it's a little hard to snap out of the habit of adopting automatically a defensive stance instead of turning on the "unfuckwithable" filter. lol. But it might be paramount to create a habit of always remembering about the existence of said filter when tension starts building up.
