I've tried @bodie7's kneebreakers challenge! *DANGEROUS*
Hah, better late then never, right? Cca 3 weeks ago, I've seen @bodie7's post about doing a public challenge of some basic sitting-rising test exercises. To see how well general public actually moves their body. Then he linked also some extra exercises for "more advanced" people. Immediately when I've seen them, I knew I had to try em out.
