3:1:X:1 challenge by @bodie7! This was harder than expected!
Do you also feel you can eat pullups for breakfast? Means you can comfortably do lets say 15? Give this one a try! when it comes to sports, movement and exercise, @bodie7 has a lot to offer. He writes mostly in czech language and in his latest blog, he mentioned the so called 3:1:X:1pullups.
3:1:X:1 pullup?
Means - you hang down one second, go up as fast as possible, hold up one second and slowly go down for 3 seconds. Sounds pretty hard and it was even harder :D How many can you do?

sorry I forgot to respond this one... I made myself a tattoo in my arm, a forearm band with tropical plants. I finally did this.
Hmm, to vypadá dobře. Zkusím :) Tady v tom novém bytě máme ve dveřích zabudovanou hrazdu a venkovní posilku 5 minut od domu, tak se zas pomalu dostávám do formy :))
Hah Ty si ma tiez napadol ze ta nominujem, ked si minule zhyby spominal..len som myslel, ze to nebudes chcet sharnut...ale vlastne mozes minimalne napisat cislo :) dost to bolo tazke :D

Jo to jsi myslel správně, žádné video bych netočil :D Já ale dělám shyby podhmatem (je to tak lehčí :D) - počítá se to taky?

6 je dost dobrej výkon mimochodem! A ťeď zkus třeba 5:1:X:10. To máš cca 17 vteřin na rep! To je teprve masáž. Dá se s tim dost vyhrát. Pak právě třeba děláš pull-upy v menším počtu opakování, ale zase strávíš mnohem víc času pod tenzí. Já bych o tom i napsal, jen mi to přijde takový kontraproduktivní, protože to se dostáváme k progressive overload, time under tension a tempu a to mi připadá už zbytečně moc odborný :D
