[3 days of water fasting - Day #3] I got suuuper ripped abs out of nowhere! Fasting works!
What the hell was that? My 3rd morning in the bathroom was quite a surprise as 6 additional entities were there with me. My abs :D Also, I was finally able to eat and lemme tell you, that spinach with salt and pepper was the best food I've ever had in my entire life. And I'm not even joking....I'll literally remember that first bite forever. My mouth is watering even now thinking about it. I guess it's true that fasting resets your taste bud sensitivity..

Total spinach food porn, haha! I've only ever done a 1-day fast so far, and even then it was a juice fast so I still was getting a bit of nutrition. Even for one day, I have found I can't do it in the winter because I also freeze the whole day! I even starting taking the juice out of the refrigerator for a while before drinking to try to help, but I was still cold. 😜

Tipuju, že si ztratil víceméně vodu. To dělaj ty sachry nejspíš (držej vodu), protože já sem to na ketu měl taky. Váha v podstatě zůstala, ale vypadal sem jak Wolverine z koncentráku :D
A nejspíš taky sachry zahřívaj, protože mi byla na ketu i zima. Přitom si člověk říká, že tomu tělu by mělo bejt víceméně jedno, jestli vezme energii z tuků nebo cukrů. Jasně, z tuků je to trochu jinej proces, ale jinak...? Zajímavý

Haha, I can already smell the steak and chips! Is actually pretty comical the food images that pop into my head - usually really dull things like biscuits and nibbles.
Will try to ease out of the fast with some broth.
And, yeah, just posted an update. Will do another soon as that one took ages to write - kept getting diverted.
