Rules and more Rules. It is a shame that governments and management of companies make rules and regulations to things that they know nothing about it. However It is still important to have laws though. It's just a matter of having the proper balance. Yes we do need rules so society can flow properly. But often at times there are too many rules. that only benefit the top 1% who can do what they wish anytime.
