Voting is important!
Life moves rapidly, but don't forget the important things! Soon, we will be back in Colombia, via Florida, and that's just fine with us as it seems to get colder everyday up here in Wisconsin.
Did you know you can do things, like voting, early? Why everyone doesn't vote early is a great question, the answer to which is - YOU SHOULD!
Voting probably won't change your life, you'll have to make other changes for that! I personally enjoy the act of voting, even though I usually go for the loveable losers ;p
Anyways, that's enough civic duty for one day - next video we are back with ways to really change the world, like more mulching! ;p

Ah, awesome! I'm of the mind on voting: if it doesn't work, it doesn't hurt, either. But also, I think it does work, because if it didn't, they wouldn't go to such lengths to boot people off the rolls, disenfranchise Native Americans (have you heard about that? In ND, they passed a new law that says you need a street address, not a PO box, on your ID to vote. But on reservations, they don't have street addresses, they have PO boxes. So it's pretty much aimed at disenfranchising Native Americans, you know, at Standing Rock!), cheat, superdelegates, keeping third parties from debates, hacking voting machines, making harder voter requirements like the ID thing, "losing" ballots so they don't get counted, spend mountains of money on elections and propaganda, etc., etc. And finally, in a midterm election, a lot of people stay home, so your vote counts more. Your vote also counts more in local races, because a lot of people only care about the big national ones. So, I vote. But I'm still working on mine - I have a lot of reading to do and haven't had much focus to do it. I'll have to drop my ballot off at a ballot box in a couple days when I'm done.
I have been following this and it is crazy! Going on all over the place - everywhere, it is directed against people of color.

I'm not stupid enough to appoint a master over myself. I have no right to appoint a master over anyone else. If voting changed anything it would be illegal. Stay free govern yourself.
I feel that very deeply. Perhaps it is a foolish exercise, but I content my self voting for third parties (and fourth, and fifth ;) knowing that, were they to be elected, they would by necesity enter the same corrupt system and get corrupted.
But it feels man!

mulching is probably a lot more important than voting lol ... its said that if you don't vote you don't disagree, you agree, right, but if after years and years you always already know who's gonna win ... ?
then mulching makes a lot more difference and voting is a waste of time, this is not america ofcourse : here you are legally OBLIGED to vote, if they didnt do that i doubt anyone would come lol, the tripartite since 1830 and now its the nationalists on the rise but in the end

Great point! Mulching builds soil over the long term! Mulch early and mulch often!
The same cannot be said of voting (although I have heard the joke, having something to do with voter id laws I think, 'vote early, vote often')
But maybe to build up our governments over time we should mulch politicians!

politics could use some serious mulching although a total makeover with an army of bobcats might be the better option there. Even the "anti-establishment" wave doesn't seem to have changed much. It's the lobbies who are in charge after all (and sometimes feels like a bit of a mirror, ALTHOUGH ... looking at the price i feel like no one up there is really doing anything but make sure they stay in position ... which again makes it a nice (nice might be a bad choice of words) mirror of "real" life.
One of my last jobs (its been a while) was doing the greenwork for the township, ... there was a lot of mulching lol. Also a lot of cleaning out those little alleys with the added bonus of people who just let their dogs

allows me to flaunt my early attempt at moving mister Triton, who i hope will be a recurring character on flixxo (on my feed at least) but i think they have issues with the uploading. The last one was sitting there for days "validating", and when i deleted it and re-uploaded it said "torrent already exists" so i hope its not stuck in an infinite loop there
you'll have to excuse me for the vote but my currents is below dust treshold (probably for a while ... weeks at least) so voting on comments is just throwing it away.
