#dtubesnapplus [Episode019-Cantonese] 5 minutes plank challenge 五分钟平板运动挑战

Originally, I was already on a course of chase for five minutes planks. But it was interrupted by #22kill. So it's easy for me actually. All I gotta do is pick up a few days earlier from my previous progress. Just skip the video, I'm using this as a "prove of workout" for @minloulou to see. I'm going to try 2 minutes 40 seconds next.

其实在我开始做22掌上压挑战前,本来我已经在挑战五分钟平板了。只不过后来忙着赶感恩节完成#22掌上压条咱而讲其他搁置了。这个视频将会是一个肥佬平板两分半钟的闷蛋,只不过是路来给 @minloulou 当证据的。明天我会继续两份四十秒。

OMFG....that was so funny to watch. I think it’s just because it was you. And maybe it was just listening to you speak in Cantonese. But what’s with the boring radio? Could you not have put some upbeat Chinese music on? How very boring.

@davidke20, This 5 minutes challenge sounds and reflecting effective. And hope that you really enjoyed it, but yes when we do it's not that enjoyable because I've done this activity before, but in my opinion it will increase our endurance.
