I am glad that it is a victory for the family. In South Africa, there are so many orphans due to aids and crime. Lots of children especially the black children live with a grandma or a sister etc. This happens without the state interfering. This grandma or sister can also apply for a grant for the children.
grandparents are a part of the family for sure, it's real outrage CPS tried to punish the mother for her trust to them
