The Main Duty of CPS is to Separate Families

 Hello my friends! Today I would like to tell you the story which once again shows that the representatives of CPS don`t care about the happiness of children. They are people without any soul and  the only thing they can do perfectly is to destroy families. 

In the spring of last year Tatyana from Russian town Shcherbinka accepted into her family two girls, six and seven years old, from the orphanage. One of them, Vika, a healthy, her sister Vita - with a severe form of cerebral palsy, could not even walk. But Tatiana was not afraid of difficulties, and Vita quickly recovered.

But Vika turned the life of the family into a real hell ...

For medical reasons Tatyana could not have children, and after long fruitless attempts to recover, she and her husband decided to take orphans from the orphanage. Photo of little sisters Vita and Vicky she saw on the site for future parents.

Tanya always said that she was ready to take a sick child, but only without disturbance of the psyche. 

- In the orphanage, they immediately began to convince me to take only Vika, - says the woman. - She behaved calmly. With the eldest girl, we were alone for a very short time. She could not walk at all. The girl was crawling on her knees. But, despite this, she seemed a very cheerful, friendly child. Later, Vita told me that when the meeting ended, she was afraid that I would not take her. And she said: "Mom, I was very offended because you left without me that day" ...

Tatiana began to collect documents to arrange custody of the sisters. In the official statement of the guardian it was said that she could take one or two children, but without mental illnesses - this was Tatyana's condition.

Employees of the orphanage assured that Vika and Vita were perfect. And if Vita had a complicated diagnosis of cerebral palsy, Vika was practically healthy, not counting the common diseases. April 25, 2017, the newly-mum brought the children home.

- The first days everything went well, we played with the girls, went for a walk, watched cartoons, - says Tatiana. - But three days later Vika`s ball rolled under the armchair. And she started screaming.

According to the woman, the girl threw such tantrums almost every day. Vika swore, growled like a beast, vomited, she could sit for an hour or two in the same position.

These hysterias became a nightmare. At first the woman was confused and did not know what to do. Vika began to beat her sister Vita, tore off the curtains, hit everybody. It was impossible to calm her down. Once Vika grabbed the scissors and began poking them in Vita's eyes ...

The woman tells: One day I woke up at night and I saw that Vika was sitting on the bed. I felt a fear. I asked her why she was not sleeping but she she did not answer anything." Tatyana could not sleep at night, she had to watch Vika to prevent a trouble.

With sister everything went completely different. Once in the family, the girl began to develop very fast.

 - From the orphanage, we took her exhausted, she had almost no muscles. But she quickly recovered. What is standing on her own legs - the girl did not know before. I made her foot massage, taught to walk with the help of special walkers, then Tatyana put her on a four-wheeled bicycle, tied her legs to the pedals, and she tried to ride. Vita developed legs, they were as thin as a string. Sometimes, she pulled the hands forward and could already walk 200 meters without support. As a result Vita was taken to a regular kindergarten. At the same time the girl learnt to write and read.

In the meantime, her sister's tantrums only intensified. The neighbor Svetlana remembers:

 - Tanya was always a calm person, and when I heard wild screams from her apartment, I was very surprised. Tatyana said that she had two little girls, and one of them screamed like that. At first, Tanya thought it was a process of adaptation. But Vika`s attacks became very frequent, and I began to help Tanya to calm the girl. But Vika did not react to anything. She jumped straight at me and put me a bruise. I was surprised that the attacks started suddenly, for no reason, and ended the same way. Vita, her sister, was always taken to another room - she was very frightened to watch all this... 

 Tatyana took the girl to a clinic for examination. On June 19, Vika was put in a psychiatric hospital. 

- When I took Vika from the orphanage, I thought she was allergic - the girl always had red cheeks. Then the doctors explained to me that it was a result of taking medicines. I think that Vika had problems with the psyche, and she was all the time "on the pill" in the orphanage. I always said that I was ready to take a sick child, but only without disturbance of the psyche. Why did they deceive me? I can not cope with such a child! 

After sleepless nights, Tatiana decided to write a rejection of Victoria. Of course, she did not even think about giving up Vita ... 

 Tatyana remembers:  - And then the real nightmare began. I was pressured by guardians. They said: either leave two children, or we will take away Vita. 

Victoria was in the hospital until the guardianship authorities took her away, but Tatiana continued to take care of the girl: she brought  fruits to her ... She did not want to return Vika home - she was afraid that she would harm her sister. 

 - Once, when I was at work, I received a call from the representatives of CPS and was informed that they were in the kindergarten and were taking Vita away. It was September 22, - Tatiana says, barely restraining her tears. - The CPS came to the kindergarten at nap time, the staff told the child that they would go together for a ride in the car. How I got to the kindergarten - I do not remember. I blocked the road to their car and asked: "Where are you taking my daughter? On what grounds? "I was told that there was an order to release me from the duties of Vita's guardian. I saw through the black glass: the girl was sitting in the car, a little one, frightened ... And they left. 

 At first Vita was taken to the hospital. Tatiana was not allowed to visit the girl. Then she decided to go to the hospital as a volunteer - but that did not help either. The woman saw her Vita after separation only once - helped her to wash, go to the toilet, climb a high hospital bed. Then Tatyana was forbidden to visit Vita. 

 "My poor daughter cried and was afraid that I would leave her." She thought that I came to take her from the hospital. My heart was bursting, but I could not help her, - Tatiana remembers. 

Later, the woman found out that the sisters were taken to the same orphanage, where she had taken them from the very beginning. Now their documents are again on the site for adoptive parents. 

 Lawyer Alexei Nyankin, who is handling this case, does not agree with the CPS:

- CPS refer to the fact that sisters can not be divided. But there is a practice that the division of children is allowed, when it is in their interests.

 I totally agree with Marina BRUSENTSEVA, an expert of the All-Russian Public Movement "For Human Rights". The woman told her position on this matter: 

- We are very surprised by the actions of the CPS. It seems they don`t care about the interests of children at all, as they should do by the law, or rather, paragraph 3 of Art. 124 of the Family Code of the Russian Federation. And the law tells us that children from the same family can be given for adoption in different families, if this is in their interests. This is just the case. The younger Vika needs special treatment, otherwise she can harm herself and her disabled sister. Vitalia was lucky - she found a new family, mom and dad, ready to give her all this. Unfortunately,  Tatiana and her husband don`t have an opportunity to take care of two girls with such serious health problems. So why Vitalia should  be deprived of happiness in the family, where she is loved by everybody?
