The CPS is one of the most atrocious institutions in the developed world. All his transgressions have been committed in the name of the law! What savagery and barbarity
I agree with you, they broke so many fates "in the name of the law."
The law can be ruthless, cold, inflexible and robotic. Those who enforce it (as required by their duties) can claim they are following the letter of the law. I don't honestly know if governments really care about children.
I think CPS should do what is in the best interest of the child. Children do better when raised by people who love them.
What I see in Ukraine and other postsoviet countries - the government cares only about its own enrichment. Nobody cares about children, invalids, old people here. The officials see only money in everything and even taking children from families is a kind of business for them. It is a sad reality of today`s world.
