"Lack of respect” for CPS cited as reason for keeping children against parent’s will. Really.

This is what government, at all levels, is increasingly becoming…an overbearing tyrannical swamp that can mete out its own perverted form of “justice” as it sees fits; and that, rather than using facts in its determinations, seeks to judge the thoughts, emotions and feelings of those it seeks to abuse. Not only is that a serious violation of the proper “rule of law” (and blind justice) but also a horrific portent of things to come.

When I was young the expression was: "Respect has to be earned. It doesn't come free or cheap." Apparently, CPS workers , circa 2019, never got the memo.

How someone feels about an entrenched bureaucracy that has been PROVEN repeatedly to be inefficient, wasteful, abusive and totally unnecessary should have no bearing on whether or not an individual is fit to retain custody of their own children. Not only is the FACT of this level of hubris disturbing, but even more disturbing is that so-called “child protective’ “services” (CPS) was willing to admit it. This shows the level of contempt they have for the people who pay their salaries, and it displays clearly how they view themselves in relation to the public that they pretend to “serve.”

This is Michigan CPS again…one of the top three or four problem-child locales/examples of the worst of the CPS milieu, nationwide. Here is an excerpt from the link above:

“…William's eldest son, Joseph (who was 14 at the time) made up stories about how she'd physically abused him. He fabricated these stories because he wanted to stay with his father who lived in Canada.

A few days later, agents from Michigan's Child Protective Services arrived at the school demanding to see her three children. They interrogated them without her knowledge or consent, or without the presence of lawyer, friend, or adult family member. Soon afterward her children were removed from her home. And despite William's fervent denial that she had abused her children (as well as statements of family and friends that she was a good mother and sworn statements from the children themselves that they were not mistreated) she was forced to endure the nightmare of being separated from them for nearly two years...

On June 8, 2009, her grandson, Malik Tucker, was born at Joseph Mercy Hospital in Ann Arbor. It was alleged by Orchards Children's Services director, Trudy Fortino, that Malik was born with traces of cocaine in his system and steps were taken to revoke Chantella Tucker's parental and maternal rights. This occurred regardless of notarized documents from hospital physician Gary Weiner and several social workers that prove Ms. Tucker tested negative for cocaine and all other listed drugs on the date of her delivery and throughout her pregnancy. Yet despite all the efforts and documents obtained by Debbie Williams and Chantella Tucker and support from legal and human rights organizations, Malik Tucker remained under the control and whim of Orchard Children's Services who were unwilling to divulge any information about the child's care to the mother or the grandmother… ‘CPS removed my 5-month-old grandson from the hospital without permission and placed him in foster care. I have been fighting ever since to gain custody of my blood relative. The government of Michigan must be stopped from violating our constitutional rights and stripping children from their loving biological relatives.’…

Lindsay Stern, who was the relative assessor for foster care supervisor, wrote a letter to Williams which contains the reasons Orchard Family Services gave for denying custody of Malik Tucker to her. It states she has ‘lack of insight as to why Malik came into custody; lack of trust toward child welfare services and hospital personnel that leads to concern that you will not cooperate with the case plan for Malik.’ When Williams attempted to get specific responses to these unclear allegations, she maintains she was either ignored or stonewalled.”

The only silver lining in this sad story can be found in the fact that the reporter is working for a well-established mainstream publication of wide distribution and long-term standing in the community it serves. This case serves as another example for the public as to the sad state of affairs within one of the nation’s very worst-run government elements. At some point in time, hopefully not too far down the road, the public will reach a critical mass of awareness, and when they do, they will either tear down this corrupt façade of an agency of good, or be totally destroyed by it.

In this particular case, the offense was against a woman of color, and the coverage was also by a paper that serves that community within the broader community of Southeast Michigan. That can also be a positive thing, too, as it means that all people in all communities are hearing about the same types of maltreatment by “their public servants” being perpetrated against all of us. If the American people can unite against the common enemy, they will have a far better chance of success than if they allow the elites (including the billionaire pedophile club at the very pinnacle of modern government) to keep the people separated by bogus distinctions.

Defeating the totalitarian, anti-family agendas of the Western CPS systems will require that all good people pull together and demand righteous and equal justice under the law for all citizens and subjects, regardless of race, religion, or OPINONS ABOUT CPS.

@bloom is there some reason you randomly downvoted this? I'll have you know I have a close family member works as a CPS agent in the USA and I know all about CPS. If you are downvoting this what is your reason? Do you have actual first hand knowledge of CPS or talk with someone in the CPS field? Are you taking exception with something that is factually incorrect?

I just read through some of this article that @mepatriot wrote and I don't see much of anything that looks out of place. CPS does do things like this mentioned in this article. Not only do I have a close family member(and on my wife's side they deal with children in a different capacity), I also went to a public elementary school/middle school/high school where I had friends who dealt with CPS and their parents were constantly harassed by them.

I know you don't type that much, and you certainly don't need to leave a response, but I would appreciate one on this specific subject if you don't mind.

Thanks,

Well, well, well...here we have another case where everybody else was lying except Deborah Jones and her daughter. All these professionally educated people just woke up one day and decided to be liars and fabricated evidence against her daughter to take away her child.

Deborah Williams had her children taken from her because she claims her son lied against her because he wanted to go live with his father in Canada. CPS showed up at school and interrogated not one but all three of the children. Now logically it would seem to me that if the other two kids were telling a different story then the one this would have been an easy case to solve. It would logically seem that the other two would say that their brother made up the stories because he'd prefer to live with dad. But that didn't happen evidently, evidently they had similar allegations towards their mother also. So the children are
put into the system, it doesn't really say they ended up going to Canada to live with the father so we can't just assume that's how that turned out...but what we do know is the children were in their early teens and ended up going back home to mom two years later. Since it doesn't detail when the children wrote the letters saying they never said the things that were said we can assume it may have occurred after they returned for all that matters. Now forgive me if I am wrong but it was at this point that somehow the mom's daughter became a coke head, someone who uses cocaine, it doesn't really state if her daughter became pregnant while underage and under her care but none the less she became pregnant and decided to use drugs that were detrimental to the baby's health while she was carrying the baby. Cocaine was found in the baby's system when born. This is when the two of them said those who worked at the hospital conspired against them by decided to band together and lie on them and forge documents to that effect. In the meantime "grandma" decided she was going to go for custody because family has first choice. Well that is true except in the state of Michigan when "grandma" has her own child abuse record she is no longer eligible as a first choice option. Hence why "grandmothers" distrust of the system would be another completely logical conclusion as to the inclusion in the reasons behind the decision not to grant "grandma" the child. Since a lot of this is running on hearsay and assumptions we could carry that into assuming maybe her daughter was a minor at the time she had the child, therefore her daughter would still be living with her, that may be another reason taken into consideration. Just like we could also just assume that the father of the child sex offense is maybe he engaged as an adult with sex with her daughter. He wasn't given custody of the child as it seems to appear in the article just visitation. Which, (assuming) if she was a minor, say sixteen and he was nineteen or twenty that would get him in trouble for having sex with a minor but it doesn't necessarily mean he's a pedophile baby raper.

So "grandma" and "daughter" decide to join in testimony on the wrongs done by CPS....but you know what, it's been ten years now and I've yet to see any blaring headlines screaming across the news that these two knuckleheads have won million dollar judgments against the state. I wonder why that is.
