RE: The Last Stand (film): Arnie's first leading role in 10 years

in #films6 years ago

"I'll be back "... and Arnold kept his promise. It's a spectacular comeback. I would compare the feeling with The Expendables. If you don't take it seriously, it's hard not to like it.

The scenario is typical of a B category action film (poor intrigue, predictable action and a few forced and ilogical moments). But, who cares when we have an excellent rhythm, spectacular action gigs, gorgeous characters, funny phases and funny replicas (especially in the last 40 minutes), a Corvette ZR1 that gives us palpitations at every acceleration, a Camaro ZL1 that makes him a rival and a good director - Jee-woon Kim who is definitely a Tarantino fan.

A fun movie that's worth the money, and it can even be seen again when you want a pack of action and comedy.

It's a 6/10 for me.
