@polebird: ❤️ Spins and poses - dtube pole combo ❤️
Taking it back to the spin pole! I've been working a lot of dynamic, tumbles, flips, and strength moves lately which require the pole to be on static mode (unless you want to go flying across the room, that is), but it was awesome to take it back to spinner. Spinning around the pole and trying to make it all flow together was my favorite during my first year of pole! On spinner, you can start a combo with a pretty climb variations up the pole. If you notice during today's pole combo, I do a few variations of climbs and spins up including - one leg bent spin, a pull up, an elbow grip thing... :) On spin pole we try to hold pretty poses for a few rotations and use enough momentum to keep the spin going- it definitely requires a bit of effort to hold each pose steady!

Admirable strength to handle the spinning pole so well, @sandrastarud have shown me how hard it is with the centrifugal force, that last pose looked especially cool in my highly unprofessional opinion 😉

Haha yeah actually I have, I took @sandrastarud to the polestudio for her birthday as a surprise and bought her a 3 months course, then she was hooked right away 🙌🏼 So during that first intro time there were poles free and I had my training clothes with me (said we were going to the gym hehe 😉) so I grabbed a pole and literally rocked it, was so fun 😁
And yes indeed, she is doing so well!

Haha yes 😁I can imagine, while I haven't continued myself I must say pole is one of the activities I have enjoyed the most doing, so you might very well see me on a pole every now and again 😉
