RE: 3000 push ups anyone?

Great idea to keep fit. Now while the weather allows, I try to spend more time in the street with work out and instead of push-ups I use pull-ups. But at the same time I increase with each approach according to the so-called staircase method, sofor 10 approaches, if you start with 1, you can do 50 pull-ups and so on in the progressive progression.
