Breakfast Table with Core Family Members, Also Some Sucuk and Hellim Cheese
Good Morning Stemians,
Today is a good day, a good morning in Istanbul. I am staying with my father and mother at weekends and we had family breakfast. Me, mother, father and Nardo. We eate little too much at breakfast but i think it is ok. So this is the our breakfast table for core family :)
This is tradional Turkish breakfast with some
Hellim Cheese ( cooked white cheese with great taste)
Sucuk : Kind of sausage with spice and beef.
Walnut Jam: Jam with whole walnut inside with cinnamon
Some boiled eggs with white bread and ofcourse tea
Nardo's feathers seems like in bad condition but moulting season started for him and we give him many vitamins and quality food. No problem, he is good mood and shape, talking too much and playing games.
Note: Nardo alsı eats everyfood that he finds and drink tea.

Sure, first of all do diet before arrive here. You ll get probably 2-3 kilos here, be ready for eat too much and walk/travel too much for historic places. Downtown may be crowded so don't forget to visit other places around town center. It is cold nowadays so get dressed well.

In North America, breakfast is always 2 eggs, 2 toast and your choice of sausage, ham or bacon.
It is so interesting in other parts of the world that there is no eggs, no bread toast, no sausage, no bacon, and no ham. :)
This is a breakfast with high calories. In cold countries we need more energy than other hot countries.
Also i like crispy bacon too much. i have been in America 2 times and i personally ate well :)
For example english breakfast have high calories for rainy and cold days.
