In North America, breakfast is always 2 eggs, 2 toast and your choice of sausage, ham or bacon.
It is so interesting in other parts of the world that there is no eggs, no bread toast, no sausage, no bacon, and no ham. :)
This is a breakfast with high calories. In cold countries we need more energy than other hot countries.
Also i like crispy bacon too much. i have been in America 2 times and i personally ate well :)
For example english breakfast have high calories for rainy and cold days.
